First Analytics needed an internal tool which would allow a supervisor to deduce whether an employee was overworked and whether projects would come in on time. Algorithms were used to determine by task type and skillets the difficulty to each type of task and then provide allowable thresholds. This allowed managers to see a real picture of their current project task breakdown and whom needed more work and whom was going to need help.
